Welcome back! In this guide, we’ll talk about how to share data between Android and iPhone, transfer files from iPhone to a PC, and create a simple ecosystem that allows you to transfer files between all three devices—just like AirDrop. It’s very easy; you must follow a few simple steps.
To begin with. I’ll first tell you how to transfer data from Android to iPhone. Then I’ll explain how to transfer from iPhone to Android and from Android or iPhone to a PC.
Let’s start with the PC. Follow me.
To make this work, you must download an application on your PC and phone. The app is called LocalSend.
Going to the Play Store, you’ll see an app named LocalSend. With this app, you can transfer anything to any device.
First, make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on. All devices involved should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Open the LocalSend app on your device.
Now, let’s say I want to send a photo or video. I’ve already opened LocalSend on the receiving device. On the sending device, tap Send.
From here, select the media you want to send. For example, I’ll choose an image on my Android phone. Confirm your selection.
Now you’ll see the receiving device listed by its name—here it’s showing as my Android. Tap on it.
You’ll see that the transfer starts immediately. It’s quick and efficient.
Once the transfer is complete, the file will appear on the other device. It’s really that simple.
Just make sure you have the LocalSend app installed on all your devices. I’ve told you how to send files from iPhone to Android, Android to MacBook, and MacBook to PC.
It’s a straightforward and effective way to share data between your devices without cables or complicated setups.
